ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the https://www.lahprosper.com website (“Site”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to abide by the following Terms of Use set forth by LAH Health & Aesthetics PLLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Additional terms and conditions or documents posted on the Site are also considered part of this agreement. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Company reserves the right to monitor, restrict, or remove user Contributions or content that violates these Terms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations:

To resolve any disputes related to these Terms of Use, both parties agree to attempt informal negotiations for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration, except for excluded disputes as outlined below.

Binding Arbitration:

If informal negotiations fail to resolve a dispute, it will be exclusively settled through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and may occur in person, by phone, or online. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and may be challenged only under specific circumstances.

Certain disputes, including those related to intellectual property rights or claims for injunctive relief, are exempt from the arbitration requirement.

CORRECTIONS
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site without prior notice. This includes updates or changes to descriptions, pricing, or availability of information.
