Neuromodulators
Injectables like Botox®Cosmetic(OnabotulinumtoxinA) and Dysport®(AbobotulinumtoxinA) use natural substances to temporarily prevent treated muscles from going through their full range of motion. This smooths out lines, folds, and wrinkles between the brows, across the forehead, and at the sides of the eyes.
Dermal fillers
This class of injectables uses a needle and syringe to place a smooth, gel-like substance into areas of the face where additional volume is desired. Fillers can help you achieve a more youthful and well-rested appearance. Fillers provide long lasting and natural looking results. They are a safe and effective way to turn back the hands of time, all without the side effects and risks linked with cosmetic surgery. We are proud to offer a variety of Juvéderm® and Restylane® products. We also offer Skinveve®, a new product by Allergen.
Dermal Fillers can be used to treat a variety of areas:
-
Can improve jawline definition
-
Chin augmentation
-
Smooth moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds
-
Reduce the appearance of smile lines and marionette lines
-
Lip augmentation
-
Improve the appearance of under eye hollows
Are injectables painful?
While most injectables are relatively painless, we offer a topical anesthetic cream to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Dermal fillers and Botox injections can be administered in just moments, and you can return to normal routines immediately afterward. Certain medical injections, including joint injections, can create a pinching or stinging sensation, but many patients report immediate pain relief as soon as the injection is complete. As compared to more invasive treatment options, injectables are far easier to manage, both in terms of treatment discomfort and recovery time.
Consultations are important!
Prior to receiving any type of aesthetic service, your provider will need to perform a consult to review your health history to rule out any contraindications and come up with the most comprehensive treatment plan based on your desired outcome.
